picture update

Going back through pictures, I realized there are a few I wanted to share :) So enjoy. And sorry if you follow on instagram because most, if not all, you have seen before. 

Last week was cold & rainy, so I broke out R's puffy coat.  He was ready for the streets of New York Durham to preschool pick up.  Obviously flannel and my new scarf are my go-to keep warm looks seeing as I'm wearing it again today! 

It snowed Thursday and Rob & I were at dinner with friends.  He was on call and had a patient to see, so I went to the hospital for the first time ever! Granted I hung out in the eye room while he went to the patient's room.  And Rob checked my vision - 20/15 in my left eye, 20/25+2 in my right eye. 

After a delicious date night dinner at The Standard with Rob, we met up with my friend, Lauren, & her family at The Crunkleton for delicious drinks. 

We spent Saturday with Miss B watching Carolina basketball and sneaking in some snuggles.  

And then the icing on the cake for the weekend, was a birthday dinner for Anna (2nd from the right) with two of her Raleigh/work friends.  We had girls dinner at Poole's, then drinks at the Oxford and Raleigh Times.  I quickly realized I'm not as young as I once was, but it was a good time!  

We're back to normal life, enjoying weekends in Chapel Hill, exploring our "new" home.  We're keeping it simple and staying happy around our home base.  There are many places I want to pop into to find my new favorite places around town, slowly but surely we will.
