Are you one to repin every recipe you see on Pinterest? I highly recommend that before cooking you should read the reviews. BUT, when the reviews are as good as the dish I made tonight, make that recipe! Pretty certain hundreds of positive reviews mean it's good. Thankfully, this held true tonight when I made Marie's Best Pot Roast Ever.
It was easy as ripping open a few packages, placing vegetables and beef in the crock-pot adding in some liquid, putting the lid on and letting cook for nearly 12 hours on low. And it was delicious. The house smelled like I had been slaving away in the kitchen all day - well my crock-pot had and it produced the most delicious pot roast ever thanks to Marie's Cooking Adventures.
I won't lie, when I pinned it I said this can't be true, but I was proven wrong. This was my first true pot roast, and it was the best. MMMMmmmmm, good! Enjoy!
That roast sounds SO GOOD! I make what *I* think is the BEST pot roast ever. Maybe I will have to share that too!! I love a good pot roast but I am really picky - definitely going to give this one a try!
ReplyDeleteMe too, I will try this one next week. I like the idea that it is in a crock-pot and I bet the slow cooking, makes the meat real tender.
